With our regular domestic cleaning service, we aim to provide consistent quality. That's why we endeavour to ensure that you have the same cleaner for every session, maintaining the same high standards. If your regular cleaner is unwell or on holiday, we will provide a replacement to ensure your service continues without any interruptions.
No, you do not have to be at home when your cleaner visits. We understand that our clients lead busy lives, and we strive to make our services as convenient as possible. To facilitate this, we offer secure key handling options to our regular clients, you can provide us with a spare key that will be kept securely and used only when it's time for your scheduled cleaning service. Our professional and trustworthy cleaners are committed to ensuring that your home is taken care of with the utmost respect and confidentiality. If you prefer to be present, that's perfectly fine too; just let us know your preference, and we'll accommodate your schedule.
The duration of each standard domestic cleaning visit typically ranges from 2 to 4 hours. The exact length of time can vary based on the size of your space and the specific services you requested. Based on our checklist and assuming your home is cleaned every week or fortnightly, we typically allocate about 45 minutes for the kitchen and bathrooms. For bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms, we set aside roughly 30 minutes for each room. However, the length of time taken in every property varies that is why we build bespoke programmes based on our checklist and your requirements.
The overall time estimates for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom properties tend to be quite stable, but as we move to larger properties (4 bedrooms and above), it becomes trickier to predict since the size and number of rooms can vary significantly. Notably, the count of bathrooms and toilets, which require more time, can differ greatly, adding to the overall cleaning duration.

Subject to availability we are happy to accomodate your request for an evening or weekend cleaner. Please note an hourly supplement will be applicable after 5pm or weekends.
Yes, we hold comprehensive Public Liability insurance.
You can cancel with us up to 48 hours before we are due to arrive by phone/email or message.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge of the quoted fee.
