Yes, we ask that you provide the cleaning products. Please ensure they are available before your appointment.
Please note we are unable to use bleach products.
Yes, we strive to provide you with the same cleaner for each visit to ensure consistent quality. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we will arrange a replacement to maintain our high standards without any interruptions.
No, you don't have to be at home during the cleaning. We offer secure key handling for regular clients, so you can provide us with a spare key that will be kept securely. Our trustworthy cleaners will take care of your home with respect and confidentiality. If you prefer to be present, just let us know, and we'll accommodate your schedule.
Each cleaning visit typically lasts between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of your home and the services requested. For a standard clean, we allocate around 45 minutes for the kitchen and bathrooms, and about 30 minutes for each bedroom, living room, and dining room. Larger properties may require more time, especially it there are multiple bathrooms. Here are our general time estimates: 1-bedroom (2.5 hours), 2-bedroom 1-bath (3 hours), 2-bedroom, 2-bath (3.5 hours), 3-bedroom (4 hours), 4-bedroom (5 hours), 5-bedroom (6 hours).

Subject to availability we are happy to accomodate your request for an evening or weekend cleaner. Please note an hourly supplement will be applicable after 5pm or weekends.
Yes, we hold comprehensive Public Liability insurance.
You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by phone, email or message. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the quoted fee.
